SERBIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH - CHURCH OFF ST. CYRIL AND METODIUS, LJUBLJANA SLOVENIA; Constituent Assembly of the Serbian Orthodox Church Municipality (SPCO) in Ljubljana, was on the 27th February 1921 at the Regional Chamber and Mansion (the present building of the University of Ljubljana). In general, the first administration was selected and placed in the operating rules of a new church community. The first president was Dr. Doctor. Paul Avramović.
SPCO and the newly created parish of Ljubljana were superior to the ecclesiastical authorities blessed 25th October 1921st and since then is legally operating.
