SITULA REAL ESTATE PROJECT, REAL ESTATE PROJECTS LJUBLJANA, SLOVENIA; SITULA is a uniquely designed construction complex, which extends over 80,000 m2 gross overhead area and containing a variety of uses. The volume of the complex is emphasized by a 72-metre high residential tower containing 20 floors, connected to the base by a smaller 8-storey tower extending along the entire building plot. Below all this is a comprehensive, five floor basement parking facility.
The architectural design of the building is the work of architects 'Bevk&Perović' and was chosen as the best design from a selection of entries in the public contest organised by the Chamber of Architecture and Spatial Planning (ZAPS) and the company Tridana Ltd. The location of the business-residential complex Situla is the ideal starting point for a journey to the city centre, to the other side of the country or even abroad, hence its location is extremely close to the main passenger terminals, coach, bus and central railway station in Ljubljana, from where there are also direct links with the airport. The location permits excellent transport conditions for connections to all the vital cores of the city and extra-city events.
Situla offers a wide selection of 226 apartments, more than 6.000 m2 in office facilities on first and second floor and more than 5.000 m2 of service establishments on the elevated ground floor, all interconnected by an inner passageway with a series of exhibition areas. Underground parking garage features 856 parking spaces. Some of them are privately owned and other available for public use.
