Britain's Andy Murray outclassed world number one Novak Djokovic in straight sets in the Wimbledon final at the All England Club on Sunday.
With the hopes of the nation resting on his shoulders, the 26 year old looked in great shape and dominated his opponent from the outset, eventually winning through 6-4 7-5 6-4.
Murray, who clinched his first grand slam at the US Open last year, prevailed in three hours and nine minutes, becoming the first British men's winner since Fred Perry in 1936.
