The supervisory board of drug maker Krka has extended the term of chief executive Jože Colarič by another six-year term starting in January 2016.
He has been tasked with nominating the remaining board members until November, Krka said.
Colarič has been at the helm of one of Slovenia's biggest and most successful companies since January 2005 and the term of the entire board expires at the end of the year.
He received a fresh termalmost a year ahead of time in order to have enough time to select candidates for the remaining four board members, reads a press release from the company.
