Green Mobility in Focus of Internautica Boat Show


The 19th annual Internautica boat show opened at Portorož on Wednesday featuring a series of yachts, extravagant vessels as well as nautical equipment and accessories. The focus is on green mobility.


Running until Sunday, the biggest such show in that part of the Adriatic will see a world premiere of the Impression 354 by home manufacturer Elan and 15 more boats on display in the Adriatic for the first time.

 

Another Slovenian manufacturer, Seaway, will unveil a 15-metre Greenline series hybrid yacht and Cranchi will display the Trawler 53 Long Distance.

 

 

 

The show moreover features the newest from Dufour Yachts, which is marking its 50th anniversary this year, as well as many smaller boats and rubber boats.

 

A special feature this year is the Green Avenue, showcasing a light electric plane by Slovenia's Pipistrel and the Chebela electric city car by Oprema Ravne, also from Slovenia, among many others electric vehicles, combined gas vehicles and all three of Seaway's Green Line electric vessels.

 

Green mobility will be the theme of a forum featuring acclaimed experts, while the show will also see the launch of the Green Yachting Academy, aimed to foster sustainable development of nautical tourism.
