Bulgarian Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin is visiting Slovenia on Wednesday at the invitation of his Slovenian counterpart Karl Erjavec. The ministers will discuss opportunities for boosting economic ties and exchange views on topical international and EU issues.
Vigenin will also meet with President Borut Pahor, Speaker Janko Veber and Interior Minister Gregor Virant.
Additionally, Bulgarian foreign minister will hold a lecture on the Bulgarian view of the future of SE Europe at the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana.
The visit is a continuation of the political dialogue between the countries and reaffirms mutual interest to reinforce cooperation and friendship between Slovenia and Bulgaria, the Foreign Ministry said.
